It is surrounded by Olive & Citrus groves in the village of Zeytinlik, just two miles from the scenic Kyrenia Harbour. (click here for map). A short gravel track through the olive groves leads to the the villa which features a large entrance hall with curved stairway leading to the landing. There are 4 large bedrooms (2 double & 2 twin), all with their own ensuite bathrooms. There is an additional bathroom off of the entrance hall. The landing gives access to both double bedrooms and one of the twin rooms, the fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor. The ground floor features a south facing living room with patio doors opening on to a covered terrace with a patio beyond. The terrace offers spectacular views of the Besparmak Mountains and overlooks the large private & secluded 12 metre by 6 metre swimming pool and adjoining relaxation pool. A large open plan kitchen and dining area looks out over the swimming pool across a shaded terrace area. Ideal for alfresco dining.
The villa is available to rent throughout the year. It sleeps up to 8 people and would suit large families or groups. The minimum rental period is 1 week and would usually start on a Saturday but other periods are available by negotiation.
